St. Martin came into Tuesday's game having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the D'Iberville Warriors on Tuesday, sneaking past 7-6. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 1-0 back in March.

Kiyara Lee was excellent, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. Mia Boney was another key player, scoring two runs while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances.

St. Martin's win bumped their record up to 12-10. As for D'Iberville, they now have a losing record of 12-13.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. St. Martin will square off against rival Harrison Central at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, D'Iberville is set to take on their familiar foe Ocean Springs at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
