Doane Stuart took their contest on the road with ease, bagging a 62-34 victory over Berlin. For Doane Stuart, this counts as revenge for the 74-28 defeat Berlin walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2017.
Julius Brown had a dynamite game for Doane Stuart, scoring 33 points. James Calcagno was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
Doane Stuart's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Berlin, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games.
