Volleyball Recap: Kate Duncan Smith DAR's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Kate Duncan Smith DAR entered their tilt with Randolph School on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Raiders. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Patriots also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2023.

Emma Guffey paced Kate Duncan Smith DAR's offense, picking up 13 kills. Guffey got some help from Gillian Head and her 20 assists. Anna Turley controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Kate Duncan Smith DAR's victory bumped their record up to 20-18. As for Randolph School, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 14 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-17 record this season.

Coincidentally, Kate Duncan Smith DAR and Randolph School will both be playing Ardmore the next time they take the court. The Raiders will head out to face the Tigers at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Patriots will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
