Baseball Recap: Hays Takes a Loss

Hays and Blue Valley Southwest squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Hays had to settle for second. They came up short against the Timberwolves, falling 12-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Indians haven't been shut out since back in April.

This is the second loss in a row for Hays and nudges their season record down to 17-10-1. As for Blue Valley Southwest, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-7-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Hays nor Blue Valley Southwest have any future games scheduled.
