Football Recap: Skyline Gets the Win + How To Watch

Skyline won the last time they faced Issaquah and things went their way on Friday too. The Spartans walked away with a 28-21 win over the Eagles.

Colin Shamp had a dynamite game, rushing for 94 yards and a pair of touchdowns. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in rushing touchdowns (two). Skyline also got help from Bupe Chisanga, who showed off his sure hands for 123 receiving yards.

Issaquah's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Angelo Masciocchi, who rushed for 97 yards and one score, and Austin Schildt, who picked up 124 receiving yards.

Skyline now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Issaquah, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Skyline and Issaquah will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Spartans will take on rival Bothell at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Issaquah is set to square off against their familiar foe Highline at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
