After flying high against Leonia on Tuesday, Hasbrouck Heights came back down to earth. The Aviators came up short against the Dumont Huskies on Thursday, falling 20-10. The Aviators' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Ethan Perez led a balanced group of hitters, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two doubles, one run, and one RBI. Those doubles were his first of the season. Cole Sudol was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one home run.

Hasbrouck Heights suffered their first road loss, dropping their record down to 6-3. As for Dumont, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-6 record this season.

Hasbrouck Heights will square off against Bergen Charter at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Dumont, they will challenge Leonia at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
