Volleyball Recap: Normal West Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins at Home + How To Watch

Normal West had taken Normal Community down for three straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Tuesday. The Wildcats fell 2-0 to the Ironmen. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Ironmen this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 last Saturday.

Normal West was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-22.

Normal West's loss ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-13. As for Normal Community, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 21-4.

Looking ahead, Normal West will be taking part in a tournament against Naperville North at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Normal Community, they will square off against Bloomington at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
