Volleyball Recap: Traders Point Christian Comes Up Short

Traders Point Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Fountain Central Mustangs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on Monday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-11, 25-15.

Traders Point Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Fountain Central, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-11.

Looking ahead, Traders Point Christian will challenge Clinton Central at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fountain Central, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Frankfort on the 22nd.
