Basketball Recap: Rogers Comes Up Short

Rogers lost against North Central back in December of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Rogers Pirates took a 51-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the North Central Wolfpack. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rogers' loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for North Central, their victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rogers will take on Clarkston at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Central, they will challenge West Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. North Central is facing West Valley at the right time seeing as West Valley is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
