Soccer Game Preview: Basha vs. Perry + How To Watch

Basha hasn't had much luck against Perry recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Bears will head out on the road to take on the Pumas at 7:00 p.m. Both teams beat their previous opponents by a single goal, so this matchup might be just as contested.

Basha will bounce into Wednesday's match after beating Casteel, who they had gone 0-5 against in their five prior meetings. The Bears' defense stepped up to hand the Colts a 1-0 shutout on Monday. That's two games straight that Basha have won by just one goal.

Meanwhile, Perry had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3 goals) and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Huskies.

Mac Bowers and Jacoby Franklin scored both of Perry's goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.

Perry's victory bumped their record up to 11-5-2. As for Basha, their win bumped their record up to 10-3-2.

Basha suffered a grim 6-1 defeat to Perry when the teams last played back in January of 2025. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Bears were down 4-0.
