Volleyball Recap: Greencastle-Antrim Wins Going Away Against Shippensburg

Greencastle-Antrim won the last time they faced Shippensburg and things went their way on Thursday too. The Blue Devils put the hurt on the Greyhounds with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Blue Devils.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-11, 25-16.

Kinzee Hudson was a one-woman wrecking crew as she had 18 digs and four aces. Those 18 digs gave her a new career-high.

Hudson wasn't the only good server: Greencastle-Antrim was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 12 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Shippensburg only served three aces.

Greencastle-Antrim's record is now 2-0. As for Shippensburg, their defeat was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-3.

Greencastle-Antrim didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 1-1 draw against Mechanicsburg on the 30th. As for Shippensburg, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against West Perry on the 2nd.
