Volleyball Recap: Greencastle-Antrim Wins Going Away Against Shippensburg

Greencastle-Antrim won the last time they faced Shippensburg and things went their way on Thursday too. The Blue Devils put the hurt on the Greyhounds with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Blue Devils.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-11, 25-16.

Kinzee Hudson had a dynamite game, getting 18 digs and four aces. Those 18 digs gave her a new career-high.

Hudson wasn't the only good server: Greencastle-Antrim was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 12 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Shippensburg only served three aces.

Greencastle-Antrim's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Shippensburg, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Greencastle-Antrim didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-1 tie against Mechanicsburg on the 30th. As for Shippensburg, they will take on West Perry at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
