Jackson City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 67-61 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lee County Bobcats. One positive for the Tigers, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Jackson City's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Lee County, they pushed their record up to 3-8 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Jackson City didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Somerset Christian on the 4th. As for Lee County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 77-64 defeat against Buckhorn on the 3rd.
