The Meadows School's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas Falcons with a sharp 47-23 victory. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 24 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead The Meadows School to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ej Nwapa, who posted eight points and ten rebounds. Kate Verdirame was another key player, dropping a double-double on ten points and ten boards.

The win got The Meadows School back to even at 6-6. As for Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas, they now have a losing record at 7-8.

The Meadows School will take on Pahrump Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas, they and Cristo Rey St. Viator will face off at 5:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played.
