Basketball Recap: Calvary Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Calvary Christian Academy lost against Cindy Avitia two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Calvary Christian Academy Lions fell 62-54 to the Cindy Avitia Jaguars.

Calvary Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Cindy Avitia, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Calvary Christian Academy will head out to square off against Khan Lab at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Khan Lab has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games. As for Cindy Avitia, they will challenge Apostles Lutheran at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
