Move over
Francesca Belibi, we may have a new dunk queen in girls high school basketball.
Laeticia Amihere of King's Way Christian (Oakville, Ontario) shut it down once again on Saturday. The sophomore executed an emphatic one-handed dunk at the Rise Centre Inaugural Across Borders Global Games. And she's only 15 years old!
The Canadian dunk queen went viral last week with a powerful one-handed slam during a Nike Girls EYBL game. She also showed her unique athleticism in January by stuffing home a one-handed dunk off the backboard.
The Team Ontario forward averaged 16.3 points, five assists, 3.4 steals and 1.6 blocks per game this winter. Amihere is rated the No. 3 overall prospect in the 2019 Class, according to ESPN.
