Charlotte came tearing into Tuesday's game with ten straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.2 goals) and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Fort Myers Green Wave onto the board and left with a 1-0 victory. The Fightin' Tarpons' winning goal came courtesy of Brandon Mendia.

Charlotte pushed their record up to 11-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 26 goals over those seven contests. As for Fort Myers, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 5-2-1 record.
