Soccer Game Preview: First Baptist Academy vs. Donahue Catholic

First Baptist Academy has gone a perfect 3-0 against Donahue Catholic recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Lions will venture away from home to square off against the Shamrocks at 4:30 p.m.

First Baptist Academy's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They came out on top against Marco Island Academy by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for First Baptist Academy.

Meanwhile, for the first time since back in November of 2025, Donahue Catholic was forced to settle for a draw on Tuesday. They and Mason Classical Academy finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw.

Luke Adamic and Paul Jahnke scored both of Donahue Catholic's goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.

With that draw, Donahue Catholic's record moves to 1-6-2. As for First Baptist Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 9-6-2.

Everything went First Baptist Academy's way against Donahue Catholic in their previous meeting back in December of 2025, as First Baptist Academy made off with an 8-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lions since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
