Softball Recap: Dos Palos Takes a Loss

After soaring to 22 runs the game before, Dos Palos was a bit more limited in their contest on Thursday. They took a 7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tulare Union Tribe. The matchup marked the Broncos' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Dos Palos saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hailey Portillo, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Dos Palos' loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Tulare Union, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-5.

Dos Palos has already played their next contest, an 11-0 win against Roosevelt on the 20th. As for Tulare Union, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 7-6 defeat against Immanuel on the 20th.
