Glenbard West faced Downers Grove North in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Hilltoppers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trojans. The Hilltoppers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-12.

Glenbard West's defeat dropped their record down to 29-5. As for Downers Grove North, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 22 of their last 24 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 30-4 record this season.

Glenbard West does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Downers Grove North, they will welcome Metea Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
