Baseball Recap: Independence Takes a Loss

Independence lost against Frisco on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Knights took an 8-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Raccoons. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Independence's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Frisco, they are on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 16 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-6 record this season.

Independence does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Frisco, they will square off against Memorial at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
