Basketball Recap: Sublette Takes a Loss

Sublette had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the South Gray Rebels, falling 66-40. The Larks were not able to make up for their defeat to the Rebels from their previous meeting back in December of 2023.

The victory (which was South Gray's ninth in a row dating back to last season) raised their record to 2-0.

Sublette will be taking part in a tournament against Macksville at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Sublette will come in still looking for their first win of the season. As for South Gray, they will take on Spearville in a tournament on Friday.
