Football Game Preview: Hobart vs. Sayre

Hobart will challenge Sayre on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Sayre will need to watch out since Hobart have now posted big point totals in their last three contests.

Hobart might be getting used to good results now that the squad have four wins in a row. They had enough points to win and then some against Mangum last Friday, taking their matchup 41-24. Among those leading the charge for Hobart was senior Simon Chounlamany, who rushed for 182 yards and 2 touchdowns. This marked the 3rd game in which Chounlamany has rushed for over 100 yards.

Meanwhile, Sayre came out on top in a nail-biter against Hollis, sneaking past 27-24. Having pegged this as anyone's game, the MaxPreps state rankings were right on the nose.

Their wins bumped Hobart to 4-2 and Sayre to 2-4. We'll see which team can carry over their success and which team inevitably falls when Hobart and Sayre clash.
