Volleyball Recap: Douglas' Loss Ends Six-Game Winning Streak on the Road

If Douglas was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Glide on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Trojans took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Creswell Bulldogs on Saturday.

Douglas' loss ended a six-match streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 7-2. As for Creswell, the victory got them back to even at 7-7-1.

Coming up, Douglas will face off against Sutherlin at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Trojans surely won't give up without a fight. As for Creswell, they have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Phoenix on the 27th.
