Comer has gone 9-1 against Winterboro recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Comer Tigers will be taking part in a tournament against the Winterboro Bulldogs at 3:30 p.m. Comer is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.8 runs per game this season.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Tuesday. Comer fell just short of Talladega by a score of 7-6. Comer has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Chloe Smith was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. That's the fewest earned runs Bolton has allowed since back in April of 2024. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, two doubles, and one RBI.

Bolton wasn't the only one making solid contact as two players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Faith Foreman, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Winterboro's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Comer, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
