Garrett Morgan won the last time they faced Christian Community, and Anylaih Moore did her part to make sure it happened again. The Garrett Morgan Falcons secured a 41-35 W over the Christian Community Warriors on Friday thanks in part to Moore, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten boards. She is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last seven games she's played.

Anna Blumfeldt and Lyla Miller certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Blumfeldt posted 18 points and four steals, while Miller dropped a double-double on 11 points and 12 boards. Christian Community is 3-1 when Miller posts eight or more rebounds, but 2-4 otherwise.

The victory got Garrett Morgan back to even at 4-4. As for Christian Community, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Garrett Morgan will welcome Holy Name at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Christian Community, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Temple Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
