With a playoff win on the line, Loris rose to the challenge on Friday. They blew past the Fox Creek Predators 12-2. The Lions might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 games by six runs or more this season.

The victory was the third in a row for Loris, bringing their record up to 14-11-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Fox Creek, they moved to 20-7 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
