Randolph-Clay had won five straight games and Jaleen Gibson did his part to make it six on Tuesday. The Randolph-Clay Red Devils walked away with a 58-48 victory over the Early County Bobcats thanks in part to Gibson, who posted 28 points. Those 28 points gave him a new career-high.

Randolph-Clay's win was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-2. As for Early County, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-7.

Randolph-Clay and Early County should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings. Randolph-Clay will challenge Pelham at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday up 267 places (119 vs. 386). Meanwhile, Early County (ranked 191st) will meet Stewart County (ranked 526th) at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
