Football Recap: Lewiston Falls to Columbia in First Game of Season

Lewiston had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell 24-13 to the Columbia Wildcats on Friday.

Jackson Cheslak had a dynamite game For Columbia., rushing for 148 yards and two scores. Those 148 rushing yards gave Cheslak a new career-high.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lewiston will challenge Post Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Columbia, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Caldwell at 7:00 p.m. on September 5.
