Volleyball Game Preview: Gunn Titans vs. Lynbrook Vikings + Official Tickets

The Gunn Titans will head out to square off against the Lynbrook Vikings at 6:45 p.m. on Monday.

Gunn's tournament run continued when they took on Menlo School on Saturday. The Titans fell just short of the Knights by a score of 2-1.

Lynbrook not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 10, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on MacDonald with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Condor: they've now won four in a row.

Lynbrook walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-16, 25-14, 25-21.

Lynbrook's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Gunn, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-13 record this season.

Gunn skirted past Lynbrook 3-2 when the teams last played back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Titans since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
