Basketball Recap: John Jay Snags Ninth Win in Last 11 Games

After losing to Midwood the last time they met, John Jay decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The John Jay Wolves walked away with a 65-58 victory over the Midwood Hornets on Wednesday.

John Jay has also been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 games, which provided a massive bump to their 12-11 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.0 points per game. As for Midwood, they now have a losing record at 6-7.

John Jay will square off against Somers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Midwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
