Soccer Game Preview: Fossil Ridge vs. Loveland

The Fossil Ridge SaberCats will face off against the Loveland Red Wolves at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Fossil Ridge will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Fossil Ridge's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They put the hurt on Greeley West with a sharp 8-0 victory. Fossil Ridge's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matchups.

Meanwhile, Loveland didn't have quite enough to beat Summit on Saturday and fell 2-1. That's two games in a row now that Loveland have lost by just one goal.

Loveland has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-6-1 record this season. As for Fossil Ridge, their win bumped their record up to 7-3-2.
