Volleyball Recap: Cathedral Comes Up Short

Cathedral came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Chelsea Red Devils, falling 3-0. The Panthers were not able to make up for their loss to the Red Devils from their previous meeting back in October of 2021.

Cathedral dropped their record down to 1-11 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. As for Chelsea, their victory ended a nine-match drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cathedral will square off against Brighton/Boston Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chelsea, they will take on Medford at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
