Basketball Recap: Yale Takes a Loss

If Yale was riding high fresh off their 86-38 takedown of Agra last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Yale Bulldogs took a 72-59 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Glencoe Panthers on Monday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bulldogs of the 70-43 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

Yale's loss dropped their record down to 10-15. As for Glencoe, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 16-7.

While Yale had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
