After a string of seven wins, Episcopal of Acadiana's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell 2-0 to the St. Joseph's Academy Redstickers. The Falcons were not able to make up for their defeat to the Redstickers from their previous meeting back in November of 2024.

Episcopal of Acadiana's loss dropped their record down to 17-7. As for St. Joseph's Academy, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 19-11.

Coincidentally, Episcopal of Acadiana and St. Joseph's Academy will both be playing Pope John Paul II the next time they take the court. The Redstickers will host the Jaguars at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Falcons will play them later in the day, at 6:00 p.m.
