            Princeton is 0-3 against LaSalle-Peru since May of 2019 but things could change  on Tuesday. Princeton will head out on the road to  challenge  LaSalle-Peru  at 4:30  p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Princeton is headed out to face LaSalle-Peru after opening their season at home and giving their fans just what they were looking for. Princeton blew past Illinois Valley Central 14-4 on Friday.

Princeton let  Ellie Harp and  Keely Lawson run wild. Harp  went 2-for-4 with one  home run, five  RBI,  and one  double, while  Lawson  scored three  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances. That's the most  hits  Harp has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of  Izzy Gibson, who  went a perfect 1-for-1 with one  home run and two  RBI.
 They weren't the only ones working in the  hit department: Princeton  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 16  hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Illinois Valley Central only managed nine  hits.
 LaSalle-Peru not only won  on Monday, but they posted their biggest win  since April 29, 2024. They put the hurt on Streator with a sharp  9-2 victory. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Cavaliers.
 Princeton couldn't quite get it done against LaSalle-Peru when the teams last played  back in March of 2024 as they fell  7-4. Can Princeton avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
