 There's no place like home for Lee County, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road  last Tuesday. They blew past the Richmond Raiders 16-4. This was a revenge  match for Lee County, as the team was forced to settle for  a  5-4 defeat when these two played  last Tuesday.
  Blane McDonald looked comfortable as he  pitched 2.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off   two  hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in three consecutive pitching appearances.
 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Walker McDuffie, who  got on base  in four of his five plate appearances with a  home run, two  stolen bases,  and five  RBI.  BJ Brown was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
