Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Boerne-Champion). They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat the Lytle Pirates 76-33. The win was familiar territory for the Chargers who have now won four matches in a row.

Several Pirates players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Chase Guevara, who posted 12 points. Diego Reyna was another key player, putting up seven points.

Boerne-Champion pushed their record up to 19-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.0 points per game. As for Lytle, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-8.

Boerne-Champion wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 72-56 loss against Wagner on the 31st. As for Lytle, they will square off against Crystal City at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. Lytle is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 62.6 points per game this season.
