Hamilton had won seven straight home games dating back to last season and Eli Harris did his part to make it eight on Friday. The Aggies strolled past the Phil Campbell Bobcats with points to spare, taking the game 42-26 thanks in part to Harris, who rushed for 202 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.1 yards per carry. His rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 155 rushing yards dating back to last season.

Hamilton's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Hamilton and Phil Campbell will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Aggies are set to challenge their familiar foe Cordova at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Phil Campbell will take on rival Vinemont at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
