Volleyball Recap: Kinsley Juedes and Jayme Jones Secure Win for Cornerstone Family

Cornerstone Family lost to St. Joseph D two weeks ago, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Saints walked away with a 2-0 win over the Defenders. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Saints.

Cornerstone Family was led to victory by Jayme Jones and Kinsley Juedes. Jones had seven aces, while Juedes had six aces and two assists. Those six aces gave Juedes a new career-high.

Cornerstone Family's victory bumped their record up to 7-13. As for St. Joseph D, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Coming up, Cornerstone Family will challenge St. Xavier at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Joseph D does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
