Volleyball Game Preview: Scott Bulldogs vs. Northview Wildcats

Scott is on a ten-game streak of home losses dating back to last season, and Northview a four-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Wednesday. The Scott Bulldogs will look to defend their home court against the Northview Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Scott came up short against Perrysburg on Monday, falling 3-0.

Meanwhile, Northview came up short against Steele on Saturday and fell 3-1.

Northview was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Steele work for it, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 23-25, 25-8, 25-15.

Scott's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Northview, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-8.

Scott suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Northview in their previous meeting back in April of 2024. Can the Bulldogs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
