Westview takes loss despite strong efforts from Dara Oluwafemi and Kaleah Medeiros

The Westview Wildcats's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They were dealt a 70-27 loss at the hands of Jesuit. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Westview has scored all season.

Westview's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Kaleah Medeiros, who scored nine points along with two blocks, and Dara Oluwafemi who scored six points along with two steals and two blocks.

Westview's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-9. As for Jesuit, they pushed their record up to 12-3 with that victory, which was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Westview will take on Mountainside at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mountainside is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak. As for Jesuit, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Beaverton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Beaverton will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
