Liam Walsh put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in May of 2025 on Friday. He struck out seven batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off seven hits (and only one walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Walsh and Mattawan will welcome Dakota at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
