Softball Recap: Iola Mustangs vs. Santa Fe Trail Chargers

Iola had lost three straight on the road, but on Tuesday they dropped down to 4-6 to make it four. They lost 11-1 to the Santa Fe Trail Chargers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Chargers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-0 on Tuesday.

As for Santa Fe Trail, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-3 record this season. Considering they have won 19 matchups by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
