Soccer Recap: Jefferson Area's Losing Streak Snapped at Ten Games

Jefferson Area came into Monday's contest having lost ten straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They and the Liberty Leopards finished up their matchup with a 1-1 draw on Monday. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time Jefferson Area have been dealt a draw since back in September.

Jefferson Area's draw gives them a new season record of 0-14-2. As for Liberty, they moved theirs to 6-6-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jefferson Area will welcome Edgewood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Liberty, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Newton Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
