Basketball Recap: Moorefield Falls Short of Petersburg in the Playoffs

Moorefield and Petersburg squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Moorefield had to settle for second. They took a hard 55-41 fall against the Petersburg Vikings. The loss continues a trend for the Yellow Jackets in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now lost three in a row.

Moorefield's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Petersburg, the victory got them back to even at 11-11.

As of now, neither Moorefield nor Petersburg have any future games scheduled.
