Basketball Recap: Union Christian Day Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last four contests, Union Christian Day finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They were outmatched by the Lake Pointe Academy Mariners and fell 60-24. The matchup marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Leading Lake Pointe Academy to victory were James Jacobs and Stewart Settle. Jacobs posted 16 points, while Settle earned 13 points. The contest was Jacobs' sixth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Keagan Hiser, who had eight points.
