Basketball Recap: Henderson Comes Up Short

Henderson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They took a 50-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the All Saints Episcopal Trojans. The Lions were probably out for revenge after losing 56-51 to them when the teams met back in December of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Henderson's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14. As for All Saints Episcopal, their record is now 7-3.

Henderson and All Saints Episcopal could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. Henderson (ranked 1377th) will meet Grace Community (ranked 553rd) at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, All Saints Episcopal will square off against Tyler HEAT at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025 down 375 places (457 vs. 82).
