Basketball Recap: Archer City's Luck Changes for the Better on Friday

Archer City can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They snuck past the Valley View Eagles with a 47-41 victory.

Archer City now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Valley View, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season.

Archer City wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 43-38 defeat against Guthrie on the 28th. Valley View has also already played their next game, a 51-39 win against Woodson on the 27th.
