A Season-Best Effort from Robert Livingston Leads Cazenovia over Marcellus

Robert Livingston produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Cazenovia to the win on Friday. Livingston rushed for 144 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 273 yards and three touchdowns while completing 72% of his passes, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. Cazenovia is 2-1 when Livingston posts two or more rushing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.

The win (which was Cazenovia's third in a row) raised their record to 3-3. Livingston and Cazenovia will challenge Bishop Ludden on Saturday.

Torin Bennett's Rushing Yards a New Career-High

Torin Bennett produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Skaneateles to the win on Friday. Bennett rushed for 124 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 141 yards and three touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.

If the past is any indication, Bennett could be in store for another big game when he takes on Marcellus on Friday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Bennett saw the Mustangs), he rushed for 114 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.1 yards per carry, and also threw for 69 yards and a touchdown on only six passes.

Jahbari Clarke's Big Game Leads Bishop Ludden over Southern Hills [Tully/Lafayette/Fabius Pompey]

Jahbari Clarke continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his fourth-straight game with at least 124 rushing yards. He rushed for 148 yards and three touchdowns on only 13 carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 58 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Bishop Ludden has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 3-4 record this season. Clarke and Bishop Ludden are taking a road trip to square off against Cazenovia on Saturday.
