Basketball Recap: Thomas Jefferson Takes a Loss

Thomas Jefferson lost against Deep Run back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Thomas Jefferson Vikings received a blow as they fell 73-56 to the Deep Run Wildcats. The Vikings just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row dating back to last season.

Thomas Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Deep Run, the win snapped their losing streak at seven games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-2 record.

Thomas Jefferson will face off against J.R. Tucker at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. J.R. Tucker will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Thomas Jefferson surely won't give up without a fight. As for Deep Run, they will take on Freeman at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
